If you follow this diet, you could eat breakfast at 8am and finish your dinner by 4pm. Alternatively, you can skip breakfast at 8am, have your lunch at 12pm, and finish your dinner by 8pm.

Instead of fasting for 16 hours, you abstain from food for only 14 hours, so you can have breakfast at 8am and still finish your last meal of the day by 6pm, which makes for a healthy routine.

The good news is that you can still enjoy weight benefits even with a less restrictive IF diet like the 14:10 diet.
